Studio Rentals
One note before you book: We require liability insurance to book the studios. If you don’t have liability insurance but do have a busineess, you can purchase temporary coverage through thimble.com to cover just the hours you’ll be in the studio. It’s cheap and easy to do (choose General Liability). Once you have purchased coverage, please email your certificate of insurance to us at northcitystudio@gmail.com
If you don’t have an actual business you will need to book the studios through Peerspace. Here is a direct link to our profile where you can choose The Nest or North City Studio. Peerspace includes insurance coverage for their renters, even without a business, which is why we ask you to book from that platform. Thank you!
