Professional Santa Portraits
Megan and Jessica will capture genuine smiles, sweet interactions, and all the little moments you’ll want to remember forever. You’ll receive a mix of classic posed portraits and candid moments with Santa in our very own Nest Studio with the most beautiful holiday cozy fireplace set.

A Special Letter for and from Santa
Have your child bring a letter to Santa or arrive early to create one in our North Pole lobby and have them check their (real snail mail) mailboxes in a few days for a response FROM Santa!

A Surprise from Santa's Treasure Box and Sweet Treats
All of Santa’s guests will get a chance to choose a special surprise from Santa's Treasure Box after their time with Santa!

Finally, no trip to the North Pole is complete without a sweet treat. You will grab your treats on the way out the door after your time with Santa.

How long is my child's time with Santa?
Each family will have 10 special minutes with Santa!

What if my baby or toddler is scared of Santa?
No worries! This is incredibly common. We never want a child to feel pressured. We'll take things at their pace and capture sweet moments whether they're sitting with Santa, standing nearby, holding a parent’s hand, or simply taking everything in. My most favorite Santa visit for my kids is the one where they are crying! It’s a classic!

Does every child get a gift?
Yes! Each child will get to choose a special surprise from Santa's Treasure Box.

What is the letter from Santa?
Your child will receive a personalized reply letter in the mail from Santa after the event in response to any letters bring to Santa.

What should my child wear?
Christmas pajamas, classic holiday outfits, dresses, sweaters, matching outfits, or anything that makes you think Christmas magic!

Can I take pictures with my phone?
Of course! We want you to enjoy the experience, too! We’ll be capturing the professional portraits, so feel free to put your phone down and soak in the moment, or snap a few photos of your own!

When will I receive my professional images?
Standard Santa photo turnaround is approximately 7-10 days.

What if we're running late?
Because Santa's schedule is very busy, we recommend arriving a few minutes early. Late arrivals may have less time with Santa depending on the schedule.  Arriving 10 mins early will allow kiddos to write Santa a letter and settle in before their big moment.

How many images will I receive?
We will pick out the best photos of your kiddos with Santa for you to choose your favorite 3 images. Usually we will provide between 10-15 fully edited high-resolution images. You will have the option to upgrade and purchase the full gallery for an extra $100.  Already know you’re going to want them all? Purchase all images IN ADVANCE for a discounted upgrade fee of $75.

What if my child doesn't want to sit on Santa's lap?
That's completely okay! Santa is wonderful at making children comfortable. Your child can stand beside Santa, sit nearby, hold a parent's hand, or simply interact with him in whatever way feels comfortable.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
You’re welcome to move your session to another available time slot.  All bookings are final and non-refundable.
