Each rental will be given a unique four digit access code to enter the studio with keyless entry.

Yes - we have two dedicated spots for our use. Additional parking is plentiful on the weekends and restricted during the weekdays. You will be given specific parking instructions upon booking.

Since we have north facing windows, light is constant all day. Of course the light vary in brightness depending on the weather as it will in any PNW location. With our white walls and floors, the space offers lots of reflective light all day long.
